Your 90-Day Journey
Every 90-day experience is structured in three intentional phases — each one building on the last, each one designed to move you forward with greater confidence.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
Build the foundation through mobility, flexibility, posture, shoulder activation, and body awareness. You begin learning how to move with better support and control.
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8
Build control, consistency, and support. We focus on shoulder stability, upper-body support, balance, and movement confidence.
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12
Strength, confidence, and momentum. Build upper-body strength, functional movement, and sustainable wellness habits that carry you forward.
